Mini-profile guide
Hey guys! If you're on this post I imagine you are having a hard time getting your mini profile to display the way you want it to. That's what this handy little guide is for. It'll be short and sweet, and much less complicated than you'd think.
First and foremost, you've probably noticed my mini-profile looks different than the other ones on this site. As highlighted in the rules, members run on a one account per character guideline. That means that you must have a different account for every character you make, and that includes myself. Because this particular account is my staff profile you will not see the same options available on mine. For you guys, your profiles are filled out differently than my own.
Member mini-profile
Go to your profile page and click "edit profile".
You will be brought to your avatar upload page. This part can be fairly annoying so I will address it briefly. Your avatar must be 220X350. You will want to make sure you have your avatar uploaded to an external source like photobucket or imgur. Click on "Use only the Uploaded/Linked". USE A URL, DO NOT UPLOAD IT. If you upload your photo proboards attempts to adjust the size to something smaller and it ends up looking weird.
Next, click on the "personal" tab.
You will find all the basic proboards sections you can fill out, as well as some added categories at the bottom.
Scroll down to the "Character Age" category. Here you can only place 2 numbers, so even if your character is over 100 years old just use their physical appearance age. Be sure to write their real age in your actual character application.
Next you should see a drop down section labeled "Sexuality". Pick whichever category your character would fall under.
After that you should find the "Application" section. Once you've posted an application for your character, take the URL to that post and paste it here.
Finally you should come to the "Plotter" section. Plotters aren't needed but they are nice to have. If you have a post for plotting out ideas for your characters you can take that URL and paste it into this section.

Try to find a picture that can help to differentiate your staff profile from any of your role play accounts.
Next, click on the "personal" tab.
You will find all the basic proboards sections you can fill out, as well as some added categories at the bottom.
EVERY EXTRA CATEGORY AT THE BOTTOM DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU. DO NOT FILL THEM OUT.
Instead, click on the "privacy" tab.
Scroll down to "Gender visibility" and click yes instead of no.
Next find the "Birthday visibility" drop down section and set it to "Show full birthday".
That's it guys! If you have any issues or something isn't working for you, PM myself or another staff member and we can go in and help.
